Good views of the docks from the back rooms, providing an entertaining backdrop with water sports activities. Decent parking available for £24 over 24 hours, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about where to stash the ship.

The overall vibe in the rooms felt outdated and in need of a refresh, with carpets showing clear signs of wear. Basic amenities included in the room left a bit to be desired, and the showerhead had noticeable mold, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Beds were adequate but rather stiff, perhaps not what you'd wish for after a long day out. The breakfast options lacked variety and quality, leaving many essentials out and making the meal experience underwhelming.

great access to docks and vibrant city attractions

During my recent stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to the Royal Albert Dock, just under 500 meters away, and the Beatles Story, a pleasant stroll from there, allowing me to soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city. comfy enough for the basics, it worked well for my weekend explorations and offered friendly, helpful staff.

Recommend it for a group of friends

Had a blast during our stay, the staff were super friendly and even made us feel right at home, it was like having a buddy at the counter. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the gig we came for, we saved time and money, that’s a win in my book.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for the experience and comfort, I’d say it was still reasonable.

Rooms were warm with good Wi-Fi, but the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing.

The stay was decent, with a comfortable bed and a location that was perfect for exploring the city. While the room was clean, it could definitely use some updating. The automatic door to the accommodation block made me feel a bit uneasy as a solo traveler, but the free onsite parking was a bonus.

the bar area was ok and we got a good welcome when we checked in. taxi button is a plus. the location is nice with an outside terrace, just needs a bit of tidying up. rooms by the dockside are quite nice.

We had a lovely two-night stay, grateful for the pet-friendly policy. Our dog was warmly welcomed with water at arrival. The location was perfect, close to the city attractions. Breakfast offered a great selection. it fueled our adventures. Consider requesting a quiet room away from street noise.

Had a nice stay with my kids, where the three single beds were super comfy and the breakfast had the tastiest sausages. It was great to unwind in the cozy lounge area with some drinks while the kids enjoyed the tea and coffee setup. The only small issue was a bit of noise from other guests at night, but overall, we had a great experience! 😊
